Education

Introduction

This course is designed for serious students culminating in an exhibition in a professional setting. Kinsale College’s Art course offers students an excellent opportunity to assemble a portfolio of work, which they may use to gain access to diploma or degree course. It is a wonderful course to discover Art in a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Art Level 6 students have the opportunity to further explore their ability in each of the following areas: drawing, painting, sculpture, combined materials and photography. Student Experiences

“I am so happy to see that all the effort, working hard in College and at home has a very good feedback, I am meeting other painters and artists and I realise that the variety of things we learnt in College is unique and exceptional, I mean the possibility to understand sculpture, combine materials, jewellery, drawing and paintings as an art expression is very useful. I can only say THANK YOU for this 2 years, teachers gave us the tools and waked up in us the motion. At the end I have to say “FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS no matter what”
Marcella Tombolini.
